Yesterday, August 13, was Gomez’s birthday, so we figured there was no better time to revisit his part.
During the 2024/25 season, Gomez moved back to Vermont alongside Cali Carlson to bring to life a project he had been dreaming up for years. I’ve always looked at Gomez as a workhorse—a true Vermont-grown, blue-collar snowboarder—but what we witnessed that winter was a level of dedication and commitment to the project that went far beyond anything we could have imagined.
