Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store or have access to your complete payment details, as they are encrypted and handled by Shopify’s secure payment gateway.

Order Verification

For your security, some orders may require additional verification. If additional information is needed to confirm your purchase, we will contact you via email or phone. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been successfully processed and verified.

Currency

All transactions on our website are processed in USD. If you are purchasing from outside this region, your payment provider may apply currency conversion rates and fees. Please contact your bank or card provider for details.

Declined or Failed Payments

If a payment is declined or fails, your order will not be processed. We recommend contacting your bank or payment provider to resolve any issues and then placing the order again.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the order. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
