The 12th annual Slash & Berm went off this past weekend!
We kicked things off Friday with Team Race Day. In true Vermont fashion, the weather threw us for a loop Thursday night and dropped about an inch of fresh snow on top of the firm base left behind from a classic thaw–freeze the day before. The course was tight, technical, and mostly in the woods, so staying on your feet was the name of the game. The term survival mode was heard more than a few times throughout the day.
In the end, the Darkside Dream Team clocked the three fastest times of the day and brought the bear back home to the shop for the second straight year. Congrats to Zev Wysocki for putting down the fastest time two years in a row.
